Agile delivery. Data operations. Cross-functional leadership.
6+ years building the processes, systems, and people infrastructure that let fast-moving organizations actually work.
I build products, systems, and processes that help people do their best work. As a Product Owner and Senior Program Manager, I spend most of my time untangling complexity: an undefined product, fragmented data, or a process that's slowing teams down. I enjoy uncovering the real problem and designing solutions that are simple, scalable, and actually get adopted.
I think of my role as an unblocker: removing friction so teams can move faster, decisions become easier, and products have a better chance of succeeding.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, but I believe the best systems are measured by something much simpler: whether they make someone's day a little easier.
That's the lens I bring to every product I build.
(And if you're curious how I think about removing blockers, try finding the right path.)
I ask a lot of questions because the first request usually isn't the real problem. Understanding the "why" leads to better decisions and more sustainable solutions.
I design with the end user in mind, balancing business goals, technical constraints, and the day-to-day experience of the people using the product. If users have to work around the solution, it's time to rethink it.
My job is to turn ambiguity into something people can understand, build, and maintain. The simplest solution that solves the problem is usually the one that scales.
The best product managers don't build every feature, they remove the obstacles that keep great work from happening. I focus on creating clarity, aligning stakeholders, and removing friction so teams can move with confidence and adapt as they learn.
I create just enough structure to help teams move quickly while leaving room to iterate as we learn. The goal isn't perfection on day one, it's building products and processes that can evolve without slowing the team down.
Shipping is only the beginning. I think about adoption, feedback loops, and success metrics from the start so we can learn quickly, iterate confidently, and build products people actually use.
Beyond delivery: owning a roadmap means owning what it costs and how it actually gets built.
One quirk worth knowing: I'm constantly studying systems. Whether it's a restaurant, a retail store, or a company workflow, I'm always looking for the decisions that make things run smoothly, or cause them to break down. If I seem distracted, I'm probably mapping out a better way to do it.
